They need a Systems Engineer. Someone who can juggle requirements, wrangle interfaces and keep all the moving parts aligned. You’ll own the docs, manage the traceability and make sure the engineering process doesn’t come off the rails as things scale.

But this isn’t about being a document monkey. This is a path to ownership. Product. Operations. Project leadership. You’ll have a seat at the table, not just a ticket in Jira.

What you probably bring:

• 3 to 5 years wrangling complex systems
• A brain that can zoom from big-picture architecture to component-level detail without getting dizzy
• You’re organised but not precious
• You’re comfortable challenging technical decisions across mechanical, electrical and software domains

What you’ll actually do:

• Keep configuration control tighter than a submarine hatch
• Own the engineering change process and drive the bill of materials
• Lead requirements traceability and keep it aligned with testing and validation
• Coordinate subsystem integration and manage technical risk
• Work with QA, support design reviews and make sure the right things are being tested in the right way
