As a Junior Systems Engineer, you will:
- Initially work as a field technician, focussed on deployment of hardware including Windows 11 devices and Smartphones
- Perform Microsoft 365 Administration including onboarding, offboarding and access changes in Exchange Online, SharePoint Online and Microsoft Teams.
- Webex telephony reporting.
- Work as a member of the Systems team providing backfill and coverage as part of a close knit team.

What do you need for this role?
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- 2 years of IT support experience
- Hold, or be progressing towards, relevant Microsoft certifications
- Experience preferred within the healthcare industry (understanding of patient privacy)
- Experience preferred working within a corporate or enterprise environment
