Level 2 / Level 3 IT Support Engineer | Onsite & Project-Focused

Harvey Robinson is exclusively partnering with a growing MSP with a standout team culture and loyal customer base to hire a skilled Level 2 - Level 3 IT Support Engineer. Based in West Gippsland area, this role offers a genuinely interesting mix of onsite, technical, and project work.

The Role

• Provide Level 2 & level 3 technical support across a range of customer environments
• Onsite with clients to install equipment, resolve network issues & provide EU support
• Contribute to project work and new system implementations
• Support internal improvements & assist the broader team as an escalation point
• Work across technologies such as:
• Microsoft 365, Teams, Windows Server, Windows 10/11
• Active Directory, Azure AD, Group Policy
• Intune, Endpoint Management, and cloud platforms
• Promote & uphold IT security best practices

What We're Looking For

• Experience in a Managed Services Provider (MSP) - ESSENTIAL
• Strong technical capability with Microsoft stack (M365, Azure, AD, Windows Server)
• Proven Level 2+ support experience & ability to work autonomously
• Excellent communication & customer service focus
• Australian PR or Citizenship required - ESSENTIAL
