M&T Resources has partnered with a local enterprise on multiple Business Analyst requirements over a 4-year program of work.

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver business analysis artefacts aligned with established frameworks and governance.
• Define and validate business, functional, and non-functional requirements.
• Contribute to procurement documents (e.g., Statements of Requirements) and support vendor evaluations.
• Prepare and maintain business process models, current and future state analyses, data flow diagrams, gap analyses, and benefit realisation plans.
• Lead workshops and stakeholder engagement activities.
• Contribute to business cases and options analysis.
• Translate requirements into functional specs and user stories.
• Assist with change impact assessments, UAT, and training documentation.

About You:

• Relevant BA qualifications or certifications (e.g., BABOK, CBAP) or equivalent experience.
• Proven track record in complex, multi-stakeholder ICT projects—public sector preferred.
• WA Government procurement and contract documentation experience highly desirable.
• Skilled in process modelling (e.g., BPMN, Visio), requirements and testing tools.
• Collaborative approach with delivery teams across project lifecycles.
