About the Role

Reporting to the Textiles Supervisor, you will contribute to the production of our deployable infrastructure solutions. We are looking to hire both casual employees, and employees on fixed-term contracts of up to 24 months.

Key responsibilities include:

• Operating High-Frequency Welders, Digital Cutting Machines, Industrial Sewing Machines, and other manufacturing equipment
• Manufacturing textile shelters and components in line with specifications and quality standards
• Interpreting drawings, samples or instructions to achieve desired outcomes
• Assisting in product design and improvements
• Measuring and marking materials for cutting or shaping
• Performing routine maintenance on machines
• Adhering to all WHS procedures, policies and work instructions
