As demand continues to grow both locally and internationally, we’re expanding our manufacturing team and looking for motivated Production Workers to join us at our Guildford-based facility.

About the Role

As a Production Worker, you'll be involved in the hands-on manufacturing of our fragrance products. Tasks include:

Bottling, capping, labelling, and packaging perfumes

Assembling product components with accuracy and efficiency

Following production plans and job sheets

Conducting quality control checks to maintain high standards

General cleaning and upkeep of the production area

Assisting with warehouse stock movements if required

What We’re Looking For

Previous experience in manufacturing or production preferred

High attention to detail and ability to follow procedures

Punctual, reliable, and able to work on your feet

Strong work ethic and ability to work both independently and as part of a team

Willingness to learn new tasks in a dynamic environment
