About the role

We are seeking passionate and detail-oriented Cosmetic Manufacturing Process Workers (Casual Factory Staff) to join our Filling and Packaging team in Rydalmere, NSW.

As a casual process worker, you will play a vital role in the filling, packaging and dispatch of our premium cosmetic products, contributing to the overall success of our company.

What you'll be doing

Assisting in filling, capping, packaging and dispatch of cosmetic products

Operating filling line machinery and equipment (training provided)

Labelling, boxing, and preparing orders for dispatch

Maintaining cleanliness and safety in the production area

Working collaboratively with team members to meet production targets

Perform quality checks throughout the manufacturing process to ensure product integrity and adherence to specifications

Maintain a clean and organised work environment, following all safety protocols

Collaborate with the production team to identify and resolve any issues that may arise during the manufacturing process

Provide support and assistance to the production supervisors as needed

What we're looking for

Prior experience in a manufacturing or production environment, preferably in the cosmetics or personal care industry

Excellent attention to detail and the ability to follow detailed instructions and procedures

Experience operating machinery or production equipment is a bonus

Must be available between 7:30am – 3:30pm, with occasional overtime

Strong problem-solving and critical thinking skills to identify and address any issues that may arise

Willingness to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and adapt to changing priorities

Excellent communication and teamwork skills to collaborate effectively with the production team
