About the Role
We're seeking reliable and hands-on Metal Production Workers for afternoon shift roles at a leading metal manufacturing facility in Mount Druitt. These are ongoing, full-time opportunities with long-term potential.

Shift Times:
🕒 Monday - Thursday: 2:00 PM - 10:30 PM
🕕 Friday: 11:30 AM - 5:00 PM

Key Duties:

Operate metal cutting, bending, and pressing machines

Load/unload steel or sheet metal into production lines

Assist with assembly, welding prep, or fabrication

Perform visual inspections and quality checks

General factory work and manual handling

Adhere to safety procedures and wear required PPE

What We're Looking For:
✔ Experience in metal work, manufacturing, or production
✔ Physically fit and confident with manual handling
✔ Basic machine operation or mechanical aptitude
✔ Reliable, punctual, and safety-focused
✔ Team player with a strong work ethic
✔ Forklift licence preferred (not essential)
