About the Role:
An exciting opportunity has become available for an experienced Residential Manager to join a fully accredited aged care facility located just over two hours from Melbourne. This role offers a competitive salary of $146,000 + Super, with two scheduled pay increases expected this year. As the Residential Manager, you will lead a dedicated team and oversee the day-to-day operations of the home, ensuring high-quality care and compliance with industry standards.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead and manage the residential aged care home, ensuring the highest standard of care is delivered to all residents.

Manage staffing, training, and development, ensuring all team members are aligned with the home's goals and values.

Ensure full compliance with all regulations and quality standards, including full care minutes.

Foster a positive and respectful environment for residents, staff, and families.

Key Requirements:

Proven experience in aged care management or similar leadership roles within a residential setting.

Comprehensive knowledge of the Aged Care Quality Standards and industry regulations.

Strong communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills.
