Company
Your new company is a national laundry & linen company with decades and decades of experience delivering the highest quality services across Australia. They are currently in need of an experienced maintenance fitter to assist with maintaining their state of the art facility.

Role
In your role as the maintenance fitter, you will be responsible for the smooth running of the plant including carrying out preventative works and responding to breakdowns. This will also include fault finding and installation of new machinery/capital work projects. Completing preventative maintenance services to all laundry equipment, including washers, dryers, boilers, compressors, hydraulic and pneumatic systems as well as conveyor systems.

Requirements
The successful candidate will have:

• Trade qualifications as a fitter
• Experience within ideally a similar environment or FMCG/manufacturing environment.
• Ideally exposure to automated machinery
• Exposure to hydraulics and pneumatics would be advantageous
• Strong H+S mindset
