About the Role: As a Nightshift Maintenance Fitter, you’ll be the backbone of the plant during its most crucial hours. Your job? Keep the machines humming, minimise downtime, and tackle any mechanical issues with speed and precision. This is your chance to own the night and make an impact when it counts most.

What You’ll Be Doing:

• Performing reactive and preventative maintenance on high speed production equipment
• Troubleshooting mechanical breakdowns quickly and efficiently
• Working closely with production staff to ensure a smooth, uninterrupted flow
• Playing a vital role in safety, continuous improvement, and plant performance

What We’re Looking For:

• A Trade Qualified Mechanical Fitter (Cert III)
• Proven experience in food, beverage, FMCG, or high speed manufacturing
• A proactive, can do attitude and the ability to work autonomously
• Strong fault finding skills and the ability to think on your feet
