Position Overview: As a Business Development Manager at Vantage Point Roofing, you will play a key role in driving sales and building relationships with both new and existing customers. You will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, providing exceptional service, and offering the best metal roofing solutions to meet client needs. Key Responsibilities:

• Generate and qualify leads through various sales channels, including cold calls, referrals, and networking.
• Present and demonstrate the benefits of our metal roofing services to potential clients.
• Conduct on-site consultations to assess customer needs and provide tailored roofing solutions.
• Prepare and deliver accurate sales quotes and proposals.
• Maintain a strong understanding of service offerings and industry trends.
• Build and maintain relationships with contractors, clients, and homeowners to drive long-term sales.
• Negotiate pricing and terms to close sales effectively and efficiently.
• Meet and exceed weekly and quarterly sales targets and goals.
• Provide exceptional customer service and follow-up support from initial contact through project completion.
• Keep detailed records of sales activities and customer interactions to present at weekly sales meetings.

Requirements:

• Proven sales experience, preferably in the construction or home improvement industry (metal roofing experience a plus).
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Strong problem-solving abilities with a customer-first attitude.
• Ability to work autonomously and manage time effectively.
• Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and driven to succeed.
• Valid driver’s license.
• Sound knowledge of Metal Roofing products and installation is a plus, but not required (training will be provided).
• Computer literate.
• Ability to provide high level customer service to a variety of customer backgrounds.
