About the Role

We are currently seeking an enthusiastic and capable Team Leader's to support and coordinate our homes across the Brisbane, Gold Coast, Logan, Redland Bay, and Ipswich regions.

In this leadership role, you’ll be responsible for:

Coordinating, planning, and executing daily workflow activities

Managing office personnel tasks in alignment with strategic goals

Ensuring the smooth and efficient daily operations of your team

Providing ongoing coaching, feedback, and training to support staff growth

Managing staff schedules and maintaining a rotating roster

Delegating tasks and responsibilities effectively

Chairing regular team meetings to set direction and address areas for improvement

Ensuring workplace documentation meets legal and best practice standards

What We’re Looking For

We’re looking for someone with:

A professional approach and a genuine care for others

The ability to work under pressure and manage competing priorities

Strong organisational and time management skills

Excellent attention to detail

A collaborative, inclusive mindset and a passion for leadership

Mandatory Requirements

To be considered for this role, you must have:

Certificate IV in Youth Work or Certificate III in Individual Support (or currently studying either)

Experience in a similar leadership role (preferred)

Valid driver's licence (manual preferred)

Reliable vehicle with comprehensive insurance

Current First Aid and CPR certificates

Working with Children Check (or willingness to obtain)

NDIS Worker Screening Check (or willingness to obtain)

Completion of NDIS Worker Orientation Modules (or willingness to complete)

A smartphone with reliable internet access

Willingness to support inactive sleepover shifts
