About the Role

We’re currently seeking motivated and capable Team Leaders to oversee and coordinate support services across Cleveland & Gold Coast, Logan region.

In this hands-on leadership role, you’ll be responsible for:

Coordinating and overseeing day-to-day team operations

Managing rosters and staff schedules

Providing ongoing coaching, training, and feedback to support worker teams

Conducting team meetings and driving continuous improvement

Ensuring documentation is up-to-date, accurate, and aligned with best practice and NDIS standards

Supporting the delivery of high-quality services to clients

Collaborating with internal teams to achieve operational and strategic goals

What We’re Looking For

We’re looking for someone who is:

Organised, driven, and confident under pressure

Compassionate and committed to person-centred support

A natural leader with excellent communication and problem-solving skills

Detail-oriented with strong time management abilities

Passionate about building strong, supportive teams

Mandatory Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

Certificate IV in Youth Work or Certificate III in Individual Support (or currently studying)

Experience in a similar leadership or coordinator role (preferred)

A current driver’s licence (manual preferred)

A reliable vehicle with comprehensive insurance

Current First Aid and CPR certificates

NDIS Worker Screening Check & Working with Children Check (or willingness to obtain)

Completion of NDIS Worker Orientation Module (or willingness to complete)

A smartphone with reliable internet access

Willingness to support inactive sleepover shifts
