Good Cartel is hiring a skilled kitchen professional to join our dynamic team in Broome!

We’re looking for an experienced Chef to join our dinner service & help lead junior staff through services.

This role involves:

Setting up and maintaining short order stations.

Following the established short order process for each menu item.

Communicating prep needs & issues with the prep supervisor.

Clean & pack down kitchen at end of service.

Key details:
- 7hr - 9hr hour shifts, 38 hours per week
- Pay: $32 - $35 per hour depending on experience.

Successful candidates will:
- Be coachable
- Be passionate about delivering quality work

You’ll start on a casual basis at the above rates. Full-time contracts are available after an initial 1 month period with all full-time salary benefits.

Minimum commitment: 6-8 months (12 months preferred).
