We are pleased to provide this opportunity for an Assistant Property Manager to join their Melbourne team on a 12-month contract.

About the role

As the Assistant Property Manager, you will provide property management support to Senior and Property Managers across their office portfolio.

Key responsibilities include:

• Assist with the preparation of asset budgets, forecasting, managing CAPEX budgets and recovering outgoings.
• Set up new leases, enter data and manage documentation.
• Assist with managing contracts and service providers.
• Undertake inspections of the properties and liaise with corporate tenants.
• Assist with lease renewal preparation, including execution of lease documentation and exposure to negotiations.
• Ensuring all contracts, insurances and lease securities are kept up to date.
• Work in a collaborative and driven team.

About you

To be successful in this role, we require the following:

• Agents Representative Certificate VIC / Certificate IV Real Estate VIC.
• Experience supporting the management of a commercial asset or portfolio.
• Have exceptional communication, a positive attitude, and thrive working in a collaborative team.
• Desire to learn, and willing to take on new challenges.
• A formal qualification will be highly regarded.
