Assistant Property Manager

• Assist senior managers with leasing, tenant communication, rent collection, inspections, and maintenance coordination
• Deliver exceptional service to both tenants and landlords
• VIC Agent’s Representative Certificate, property management experience, driver’s license, reliable car, and valid police check
• Strong communication, attention to detail, team mindset, and a great attitude

Receptionist

• First point of contact—answering calls, greeting clients, and providing admin support
• Liaise effectively with staff and management
• Learn property management processes from leasing to preparing tenancy documentation
• High-level admin or reception experience with strong multitasking skills
• Willingness to learn real estate software and industry processes
• Polished presentation and excellent communication skills
