We are seeking an experienced, dynamic, and self-motivated individual with a proven track record of excellence in the industry. As a Retail Property Manager, you will the oversee daily operations, tenant relations and financial performance of the portfolio. Supporting the property management team is the facilities team who will coordinate the administrative component and triage initial enquiries from tenants and contractors alike.

About the Role:

• Take primary responsibility and accountability for the overall performance of the property management and facilities management operations.

• Administration of all leases to ensure compliance by the owner and the tenants and serve notices where required as first approved by the owner.

• Ensure a working knowledge and uphold the Companies policies and procedures and to ensure they conform to owner’s objectives and investment strategies.

• Keep abreast of building services and real estate market activates, developments and trends to assess possible implications on tenancy, financial and physical aspects of client’s properties.

• At all times maintain communication with stakeholders to ensure immediate response to any emergency situation or urgent contact requirements.

• Previous shopping centre management experience is essential for this role.

To be successful in the role, you will also need to be extremely organised, eager to jump into a fast paced and dynamic environment. Prior Yardi experience would be highly regarded.

The role is suited to a facilities coordinator or residential property manager looking to take the next step in their career. Conversely a property manager looking to progress their career and be rewarded.

Salary package will be remunerated in line with individual experience.
