ABOUT THE ROLE

We're currently on the lookout for multiple motivated and experienced Administration Professionals to join our growing team. If you're someone who thrives in a collaborative office environment, brings strong organisational skills, and takes pride in delivering high-quality support, we want to hear from you!

ABOUT YOU

You will be a proactive, detail-oriented administrator with a team-first attitude. The ideal candidates will meet the criteria outlined below:

  • A minimum of 3 years' experience in administrative, clerical, or office support roles
    * Flexibility to work across varied schedules and adapt to shifting priorities
    * A strong understanding of general office procedures and confidentiality protocols
    * A professional, approachable manner and a reputation for reliability
    * Competence with Microsoft Office Suite and other business software
    * Excellent written and verbal communication skills

You will also need to clearly demonstrate your current certifications or relevant training. Preference will be given to candidates who hold any of the following:

  • Certificate III or IV in Business Administration
    * Intermediate+ Microsoft Office skills (Excel, Outlook, Word, PowerPoint)
    * Experience with CRM or ERP systems (e.g. MYOB, Xero, Salesforce)
    * Previous experience in a fast-paced or high-volume office setting
    * Records management or document control experience
