As a Disability Support Hero, you won't just change lives – you'll become a beacon of positivity and care for our amazing clients. Your role is all about making the ordinary extraordinary. You'll be the reason for smiles, the provider of strength, and the creator of unforgettable moments. Whether you're an experienced pro or just eager to dive into this rewarding field, we want to hear from you.

Key Responsibilities:

Provide personalised, top-notch care and support to individuals with disabilities.

Assist clients with daily living activities, from personal care to cooking up culinary delights, and everything in between.

Promote independence and encourage our clients to unleash their inner superheroes in the community.

Keep meticulous records and documentation to track the incredible journeys you're a part of.

Be flexible to work various shifts, including weekends and evenings.

Join forces with an amazing team to deliver high-quality services and change lives together.

Requirements:

Hold a valid QLD driver's licence.

Current National Police Certificate.

First Aid and CPR certification.

Blue card (Working with Children Check).

Passion for caring for others and a thirst for learning.
