Ignite is currently recruiting for a Senior Program Analyst. Starting on a 12 months contract with full time hours, there is a HIGH potential to extend!

As a Program Analyst, you will be responsible for the below mentioned:

• Assist in the development and implementation of program strategies.
• Provide senior level project management/administrative support and coordination.
• Create, maintain, and augment reports, analyses, and manage risks and issues registers.
• Collaborate with leaders and key stakeholders to define project scope, objectives, assumptions, dependencies, value proposition, and impacted organisational functions
• Facilitate team meetings and manage team kanban board.
• Schedule & organise project meetings/workshops with both internal and external stakeholders

To be successful for the role, you will have experience with the below mentioned:

• Experience in projects, PMO or business administration.
• Competency in SharePoint, Jira & Confluence.
• 4-6 years’ experience working as a Program Analyst.
• Demonstrate strong administrative skills and attention to detail.
• Demonstrate experience in hands-on program management.
• Demonstrate well-developed communications skills.
• Demonstrate competency in Microsoft applications, Word, PowerPoint, Excel and Outlook.
• Comfortable with new ways of thinking about accessibility and enthusiastic about accessible design & development will be highly regarded.
