In 2025, Collarts launched Collarts Online, extending our creative‑arts courses nationwide through high‑quality, interactive and flexible online study. To sustain this rapid growth, the Learning Experience Design (LXD) team brings in casual surge support to turn ready‑to‑go storyboards into polished Canvas units.

The role:

As an LMS Content Builder, you’ll transform ready-to-go storyboards into polished, live content on Canvas. You’ll ensure each page meets Collarts’ standards for quality, navigation, and visual appeal. Work is allocated on a project-by-project basis, so there will be downtime between assignments.

We are looking for someone who has:

Proven experience building courses in Canvas (or another major LMS)

Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality

Proven experience working with and adhering to style guids

Previous experience working with edtech such as H5P, Echo360, Genially and Miro

Proven ability to work efficiently within short deadlines

Clear written communication and proactive problem‑solving

Background in education, instructional design, or creative arts (desirable, not essential)

Experience with multimedia integration (images, video, interactive elements)
