We’re on the lookout for an Account Manager who thrives in a fast-paced, client-facing role. You’ll manage a portfolio of SMEs, provide tax and financial support, and play a vital part in delivering quality service across multiple industries. If you’re CA or CPA qualified (or nearly there), love engaging with clients, and want to do higher-level work with flexibility—this one’s for you.

Key Responsibilities:

• Use Xero and supporting tools to prepare and review financial reports, statements, and tax lodgements
• Manage a portfolio of SME clients and serve as their primary point of contact
• Deliver financial insights and tax guidance across a range of industries
• Oversee offshore team handling compliance tasks (BAS, bookkeeping, etc.)
• Collaborate with senior leadership and contribute to continuous process improvement
• Use Xero and supporting tools to prepare and review financial reports, statements, and tax lodgements
• Support clients with their broader business goals—beyond just the numbers

Key Requirements:

• 3–5 years' experience in public practice or accounting
• CA or CPA qualified (or well on the way)
• Strong knowledge of tax and compliance requirements
• Financial accounting experience highly regarded
• Experience with Xero is a must
• Excellent communication skills and client-facing confidence
• Bonus if you’ve had exposure to audit or reviewed offshore work
