About the role

Floorsmart is seeking a talented Sales and Project Management professional to join our team in Maroochydore, Queensland. This full-time role will see you leading the sales and delivery of commercial flooring projects for our growing business. You will play a key part in ensuring our customers receive an exceptional experience from initial consultation through to project completion.

What you'll be doing

Generating new sales opportunities through prospecting, networking and providing outstanding customer service

Preparing detailed project proposals and quotes for customers

Managing the end-to-end delivery of commercial flooring projects, including scheduling, coordinating tradespeople, and ensuring on-time and on-budget project delivery

Maintaining strong relationships with customers and providing regular project updates

Identifying opportunities to upsell and cross-sell additional products and services

Collaborating with the wider Floorsmart team to continuously improve our processes and customer experience

What we're looking for

Minimum 3 years' experience in sales and/or project management in the commercial construction or flooring industry

Proven track record of consistently meeting and exceeding sales targets

Strong knowledge of commercial flooring products, installation methods and industry regulations

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to liaise effectively with customers, tradespeople and the wider team

Highly organized with the ability to multitask and prioritize effectively

A customer-centric mindset and a commitment to delivering an exceptional experience
