Bretts Timber and Hardware have been a mainstay of the Brisbane building industry for over 107 years with 5 major divisions all stemming from our timber and hardware origins. With over 300 staff and 9 locations we provide an outstanding level of service to our clients.

The Role

You will provide specific customer qualification and support to our timber windows and doors division including all aspects of qualification, follow up and job processing. You’ll deal with a steady stream mix of clients, suppliers and the public all looking for a solution to their queries.

In addition, as part of our focus on customer service we provide our clients with a friendly voice to talk to when they can’t dial direct, or don’t know who to talk to. It will be your job to send them in the right direction while leaving them with the positive impression we are known for.

You

You will love being part of a team that cares about the organisation and has a passion for customer service. Talking on the phone will come naturally to you and you will have that special ability to remain unruffled no matter how busy it gets. Experience in a customer service role with telephony duties and a good grasp of Office software is essential.
