About the Role

The Marketing Strategy Lead oversees a dynamic, customer-focused team dedicated to elevating North Metropolitan TAFE's brand presence and driving student engagement. This strategic role leads the development and delivery of high-impact communications and marketing initiatives tailored for corporate stakeholders and broader audiences.

Key areas of leadership include:

Crafting compelling stakeholder communications that build trust and connection

Designing innovative digital strategies that enhance online engagement

Managing branding, advertising, and signature events to amplify visibility

Boosting student applications through targeted, audience-driven campaigns

Blending creativity with strategic insight, this role is instrumental in expanding brand awareness and strengthening relationships across community and industry.
