Our client requires an all round Maintenance Officer to help with the various jobs across a wide variety of creative and niche maintenance. A trade qualification is preferable however overall experience in the below areas will be considered:

• Painting
• Plastering
• Carpentry
• Skirting repairs
• Doors
• Small plumbing issues

Salary Package

The salary package will range from $85K-$100K and include:

• Base Salary or Casual Rate of $56.97 per hour
• Fulltime with RDO's
• Upskilling opportunities and RPL training
• Big ticket tools supplied
• Uniforms
• Career progression
  

To be successful you will need:

This role requires being able to think on your feet and solve a multitude of problems. To do so you will need:

• Trade Qualification (Preferable)
• Handyman experience in commercial buildings
• Own basic tools an drills
• Knowledge of commercial building
• Car license
• 2 + years of Maintenance experience
• Customer service experience
