We are looking for an experienced Maintenance Person to join our welcoming and friendly team at Rohan's Maintenance. You'll need to have a customer centric approach with 1-3+ years’ experience in property maintenance. Working with a friendly team as well as autonomously, maintaining childcare centres. This role is a full-time position.

Your role will involve ensuring all work is completed to a high standard, and you will interact with childcare Directors and Managers, making a positive impact on the Childcare Centre and the community. Company vehicle and tools provided for onsite work.

Location: From Gold Coast to Redlands

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform the internal centre maintenance requirements for childcare centres. This could include but is not limited to: Door repairs, internal painting, minor carpentry, deck staining, flat pack installation and more. Must have experienced in this area.
• Ensure all work meets high standards, with an attention to detail.
• Engage with childcare Directors and Managers, providing excellent customer service.

Experience and Qualifications:

• 1-3+ years of experience in a maintenance position
• Experience in maintaining childcare centres is preferred but not essential
• Proficiency in internal maintenance tasks including door repairs, internal painting, minor carpentry, deck staining, flat pack installation and similar.
• National Police Check (completed within the last 3 months, or ability to maintain)
• Must have Unrestricted work rights in Australia and New Zealand
• Clean driving record and current drivers licence needed.
• Working with Children Check (Blue Card)
