Reporting to the Chief Operations Officer the successful candidate must have the ability to:

Prepare management reports and analyse site profitability, including variance analysis

Monitor and communicate operational performance trends for the site

Partner with operations on continuous improvement projects to support business targets

Support forecasting and budgeting cycles

Support strategic planning and business reviews, including value add growth initiatives and operational efficiency programs

Influence commercial strategy through robust analysis, scenario modelling and business case development

Identifying challenges and opportunities and recommending corrective actions to meet cost performance targets

You will have:

Tertiary qualifications with 5+ years experience in finance, accounting or business analysis, ideally in Production and manufacturing environment

Strong analytical, problem-solving, Excel and financial modelling skills

Strong business acumen and commercial mindset

Excellent collaboration and ability to operate in a fast paced, dynamic environment

Proven ability to influence cross-functional teams and senior stakeholders
