Amcal+ Tuart Hill has a fantastic opportunity for a passionate Full-Time Pharmacy Assistant for a fun, dynamic, and busy team environment. This role will suit anyone friendly, self-motivated, and customer-focused. We are a Perth-based pharmacy located in Tuart Hill, 10 minutes north of the CBD. The Retail Coordinator’s role is to fulfil the day-to-day operational requirements of the Retail Pharmacy Business. The primary purpose of this role is to ensure the smooth transition of all retail tasks within the pharmacy. This includes the sale and advice of general medicines, all front-of-shop products, and the delivery of all health-related services provided within the Pharmacy. These services include, but are not limited to, Nutritional Advice, Home Health Care, First Aid and General Pharmacy.

In addition, this role is integral in executing all Promotions/Marketing/Merchandise initiatives and overall Customer Service Standards. Whilst this position is not accountable for the management & development of the team, it is a supervisory role, where the individual is expected to show leadership. It is expected that support is provided to the team in the achievement of set targets for completing all Franchise expected tasks and for any promotion of Professional Service Programs and Health Clinics - the results of which are closely monitored daily.
