Site Manager – High-End Resi

Based in Eastern Suburbs

Join a reputable residential builder with a strong pipeline of high-end apartment projects in the eastern suburbs & CBD. As Site Manager, you will take full responsibility for the day-to-day management of a luxury apartment project, ensuring works are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest standards.

Key Responsibilities

Manage and coordinate daily site activities

Supervise subcontractors, trades, and suppliers

Ensure compliance with WHS regulations and company policies

Drive program to meet project milestones and deadlines

Maintain high-quality standards in all construction works

Liaise effectively with Project Managers, consultants, and clients

About You

Residential experience preferred

Strong leadership and communication skills

Excellent knowledge of construction sequencing, trades coordination, and safety standards

Trade qualification or tertiary qualification in Construction Management (preferred)

Ability to drive quality outcomes and maintain client satisfaction
