About you:

• Experience in service coordination/customer service role.
• Willing to work weekends (Rotating Roster)
• Well presented and punctual
• Great communication skills
• Can work independently or as part of a team

About the role:

• We provide a 24 hour emergency service to residential customers. Along with general maintenance and installation work.
• General duties will include answering incoming calls, making outbound calls, scheduling quotes and work orders for our technicians and coordinating jobs with colleagues in the office and on the road.
