Your New Role
As the Key Account Manager for WA/NT, you will represent Pacific Hoseflex across Western Australia and the Northern Territory - managing strategic relationships and driving business growth in the region. You will play a pivotal role in expanding our customer base and solidifying our presence in the market.
Key responsibilities include:
Drive sales growth and revenue performance across the WA/NT region.
Develop and implement strategic sales plans tailored to regional objectives.
Build and maintain strong relationships with Tier 1 clients in the oil, gas and mining sectors.
Lead negotiations with key accounts and secure high-value agreements.
Identify and convert new business opportunities into long-term partnerships.
Collaborate closely with internal Sales, Estimating and Production teams to deliver seamless customer solutions.
What we are looking for:
You are a self-starter who excels in a fast-paced, solutions-focused environment. Your ability to connect with high-level clients and drive business outcomes sets you apart.
To be successful in this role, you need:
Tertiary qualification and equivalent industry experience.
A proven track record in B2B sales, particular in oil, gas and mining.
Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
Strong commercial acumen and strategic thinking.
Experience using CRM and enterprise systems.
Willingness to travel across metropolitan and regional areas
