Haynes is seeking an experienced and reliable Parts Interpreter to join our new clients highly regarded team within the heavy vehicle industry. This role is responsible for managing the end-to-end process of receiving, stock management, ordering, and dispatching spare parts.

Position Details

• Monday to Friday roster
• 8am to 4:30pm (daily)
• 4month temp to perm opportunity
• $54.00 per hour + penalty rates for OT
• Immediate start available

Key Responsibilities

Oversee the accurate receipt, storage, and dispatch of heavy vehicle spare parts

• Manage stock levels to ensure availability of critical components for operational needs
• Process orders efficiently and coordinate deliveries to meet customer and workshop timeframes
• Utilise inventory management systems to maintain accurate and up-to-date stock records
• Work closely with suppliers, internal teams, and customers to provide timely and effective support
• Ensure warehouse organisation and cleanliness is maintained to high standards
• Assist with stocktakes and cycle counts to maintain inventory accuracy

What We're Looking For

• Proven experience working with heavy vehicle / truck parts - this is essential
• Strong understanding of the components used in heavy vehicles
• Wholesale truck parts experience highly desirable
• Sound computer skills and ability to quickly learn inventory systems
• Forklift ticket desirable but not essential
