Your Role at INREACH Supports

🩺 Daily Care:

Deliver person-centred support tailored to individual needs

Assist with personal care, meal preparation, and household tasks

Support clients with challenging or complex behaviours

Administer medication safely

Facilitate Supported Independent Living (SIL) shifts

🌍 Community Involvement:

Accompany clients to appointments, social outings, and community events

Encourage hobbies, interests, volunteering and recreation

Promote fitness and well-being

Foster social connection and participation

🌟 Youth Support Roles:

Mentor and guide young people to develop essential life skills

Build confidence, independence, and resilience

Inspire positive growth in a supportive environment

What we’re looking for:

✅ Essential:

First Aid & CPR Certificate

NDIS Worker Screening Clearance / Blue Card (for youth roles)

Completion of NDIS Orientation Module (or willingness to complete)

✅ Preferred:

Medication Administration Certificate

Manual Handling Certificate

Experience supporting clients with complex needs
