Key Duties:

Guiding, coaching, and assisting teams to instil Agile principles and practices, fostering a high performing culture within Agile Delivery Teams (ADTs).

Leading Agile ceremonies using Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe) methodology— including daily stand ups, sprint planning, sprint review and sprint retrospectives—ensuring they are positive and productive.

Managing project Boards in alignment with the prescribed DevOps Standards, ensuring board hygiene and currency through daily updates.

Supporting the Product Owner with backlog management and prioritisation, ensuring alignment with key deliverables.

Effectively communicating the status of deliverables, Sprint Goals, and PI Objectives with peers and Executives at Agile ceremonies.

Cultivating and maintaining collaborative working relationships with Program stakeholders.

Supporting the Delivery Manager and Product Owner to ensure projects are delivered to schedule, scope, budget and quality.

Essential Criteria:

Evidenced 4+ experience and industry recognised certification/qualifications as a Scrum Master.

Solid understanding of the SAFe methodology and its application within a large and complex Program.

Previous Federal Gov experience is advantageous.

Proficiency in using various IT applications and project management tools, including the MS Suite, Azure DevOps, and Miro or similar.

Excellent written and verbal communication skills and the ability to effectively communicate, collaborate, and negotiate with a range of audiences.

Excellent stakeholder engagement and teamwork skills, with the ability to work with colleagues to achieve outcomes.

Experience effectively managing competing priorities and strategic directions, with an ability to remain calm under pressure and respond flexibly to change and uncertainty.

Proven ability to act with discretion and integrity in managing sensitive information.
