We are actively recruiting casual NDIS Support Workers across Perth metropolitan area as we establish our services.

Positions Available:

Multiple casual Support Worker positions

Flexible scheduling to suit your availability

Join us as we launch our Perth operations

Key Responsibilities

Provide person-centered support to NDIS participants

Assist with daily living activities and community access

Support participants to achieve their goals and build independence

Maintain accurate documentation and reports

Work collaboratively with participants, families, and our support team

Work Settings:

Participants' homes

Community venues

Supported accommodation facilities

Day programs and activities

What We're Looking For

Essential Requirements:

Genuine passion for supporting people with disabilities

Strong communication and interpersonal skills

Reliable, patient, and empathetic approach

Workers Screening Check

Current Working with Children Check (or ability to obtain)

Valid driver's license and own vehicle

All compulsory certificates for support work

Right to work in Australia

Preferred Qualifications:

Certificate III in Individual Support preferred

Previous NDIS or disability support experience welcomed but not essential

First Aid certification

Personal Attributes:

Respectful and non-judgmental attitude

Flexibility and adaptability

Strong problem-solving skills

Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Cultural sensitivity and awareness
