Enable WA is urgently seeking dedicated Support Workers to join our growing team across Peel Region and surrounding suburbs to provide 24/7 high-intensity care for our valued NDIS participants.

🔹 What We Need:

We are looking for staff who can commit to overnight shifts, evenings, and weekends – perfect for those wanting consistent hours or flexibility around other work/life commitments.

🔹 Client Support Needs Include:

Hoisting & Manual Handling

Personal Care (PC)

Bowel Care

Catheter Management

Wound Care

Medication Administration

Positive Behaviour Support (PBS)

Community Participation

High-Intensity Daily Support

🔹 About You:

• Desirable but not required Cert III or IV in Individual Support (Disability/Aged Care/Community)

• Desirable but not required Experience in complex and high care support needs

• Provided by Enable WA Manual Handling & Medication Admin training (or willing to obtain)

• Have / willing to obtain NDIS Worker Screening Check & Working With Children Check (WWCC)

• Australian Driver’s Licence & own reliable vehicle with evidence of Insurance

• A calm, respectful and resilient approach to person-centred support
