$120K - $150K + super

12d technical background would be ideal

Experience across concept/feasibility to detailed civil design/engineering of:

🏘️ Subdivisions - Anything from 2 lot up to 1000+ lot subdivisions - Water & Sewer - Roads - Earthworks - wetlands - drainage

🏫 Built Environment - Mixed-use / InFill / Commercial, Residential, Industrial, Education - Designing the associated civils around buildings - car parks, stormwater drainage, intersections +

🛣️ Roads/Infrastructure - Drainage, Road alignment, pavements, intersections, roundabouts + more
