About You
You’re a driven, proactive professional with a passion for civil design and engineering. Whether you’re looking to step up into a more senior role or broaden your existing skill set, you’ll thrive in a tight-knit team working across diverse land development and infrastructure projects.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Deliver concept, preliminary and detailed designs (modelling, documentation, and reporting)
• Prepare and submit Operational Works applications to local councils
• Assist Project Managers throughout the project lifecycle
• Provide guidance and mentorship to cadet designers
• Technical input to ensure designs meet project needs

What We’re Looking For

• Located in, or open to relocating to, Central Queensland
• Associate Degree (or higher) in Civil Engineering or related discipline
• Minimum 3 years of experience in a civil design consultancy (other levels also encouraged to apply)
• Strong technical knowledge in earthworks, roads, stormwater, sewerage, water, and ESC
• Proficiency in 12D Model and AutoCAD
• Collaborative, hands-on attitude with a willingness to contribute to a team environment
• Permanent Australian working rights required (No visa sponsorship available)
