About the role

We are looking to speak to experienced Parts Managers Or Senior Parts Interpreters looking to take a step up who are eager to take on a role at a well established branch. You may come from an truck dealership or from within the Earthmoving, Agriculture or Automotive dealership or aftermarket parts industry, it doesn't matter - as long as you have existing Parts experience.

You will be responsible for:

• Building strong relationships with customers
• Guiding and mentoring Interpreters where necessary
• financial performance of your department

Ideally you will also have:

• Proven experience in a similar role
• Experience in leading and managing a team

Previous exposure to Trucks in a retail or wholesale environment would be advantageous for this position. Candidates who have experience with brands such as Kenworth, Volvo, Western Star, MAN, Mercedes Benz Trucks, Fuso, Iveco, Hino, Isuzu, Scania, Freightliner or similar are strongly encouraged to apply. You will receive abase salary of c. $100k - $120k + incentives ($20k potential) & fully maintained vehicle. OTE = $120k - $140k + car.
