About the Role:

📍 Newtown, NSW | Full-time | Monday–Friday

We’re on the lookout for a friendly, organised and detail-oriented Pharmacy Assistant to join our supportive team in Newtown.

While previous dispensing or pharmacy experience is highly regarded, this role is primarily focused on administration, customer service, and supporting daily operations to ensure our patients receive prompt and exceptional care.

🛠️ About the role:

Responding to patient enquiries via phone, email, and SMS

Managing orders and coordinating deliveries

Updating records and processing documentation accurately

Supporting pharmacists and the wider team with day-to-day tasks

Helping ensure the pharmacy runs smoothly, efficiently, and with a smile

✅ What we're looking for:

Previous experience in pharmacy or medical admin is a bonus

Confident communicator with strong customer service skills

Great attention to detail and time management

A team player who is reliable, organised, and proactive

Comfortable working in a fast-paced, patient-focused environment

📅 Work Schedule:

Full-time: Monday to Friday, no weekends
