At Upscape, we deliver high-end landscape design and construction projects across residential properties in Sydney’s Hills District and beyond. We’re on the hunt for a hands-on and experienced Landscape Tradesperson ready to take the next step into a Leading Hand / Site Supervisor role.About the Role

You’ll lead a team of skilled landscapers on a variety of high-end residential projects — from earthworks and pool surrounds to custom outdoor living spaces. You'll be responsible for overseeing day-to-day operations, ensuring quality workmanship, and mentoring team members while still getting your hands dirty when needed.

What You'll Do

Supervise and coordinate site activities and crew members

Read and interpret plans and construction documentation

Manage project timelines and report to the project manager/owner

Liaise with clients, suppliers, and subcontractors

Maintain a high standard of safety, quality, and site presentation

Train and support apprentices and junior team members

What You’ll Need

Certificate III in Landscape Construction (or equivalent trade qualification)

Proven experience in residential landscape construction (5+ years preferred)

Strong leadership and communication skills

Ability to run a site autonomously and take ownership of projects

Competence in reading plans, setting out, and construction techniques

White Card

Driver’s Licence (MR or HR preferred)

Bonus: Excavator and skid steer experience, current first aid, traffic control tickets
