We are the industry experts in the complex government rebate programs & ensure 100% adherence to compliance.

In 2024, we extended our industry experience, knowledge, technology & amazing customer experience department to support Plumbing & Electrical companies to access these State & Federal Rebates that allow our members to offer generous rebates & discounts to their very own customers.

This enables our new members to deliver significant discounts, increase sales conversions whilst protecting their profit margins.

We are expanding our sales team to help introduce even more Plumbing & Electrical companies to Energy Makeovers.

Your job will be to utilise multiple methods of prospecting to connect with business owners or key decision makers of plumbing & electrical companies in Victoria to demonstrate our key points of difference to our competitors, including:

simple & super-fast technology

reliable & knowledgeable Australian based account & compliance managers

reliable & consistent weekly payments.

You will be well supported by our dedicated & experienced account management team enabling you to focus on member acquisition.

To be a successful candidate, you will:

Have a proven track record in channel or business sales, or business development in energy efficiency or similar fast paced sales industries?

Be highly organised, driven to achieve and exceed sales targets & have a thorough understanding of what motivates an indirect sales partner.

Be prepared to hit the road and meet with trade businesses across Victoria & attend trade shows, product demonstration & industry events as required.

Support a partner sales network with trust & integrity, provide product training, and always back your channel partners with first class support.

Learn & understand the product ecosystem to provide a deep & expert knowledge of our current & future products & services.

Have the ability to work autonomously & foster the high-end reputation of our Energy Makeover's brand.

Ability to prioritise tasks, meet deadlines & manage continuous change & its consequences effectively.

The incentive structure is very generous, and commissions are uncapped. We are looking for someone wanting to commit long term & become a key figure in the industry along with being an honest and dependable source of knowledge to grow & support our partner channel.
