Somerville Community Services
Somerville is a for-purpose, community-based organisation that has supported Territorians for over 50 years. We specialise in high-quality disability services that empower people to live the life they choose. As a registered NDIS provider, we deliver individualised support across the Northern Territory, with a focus on respectful, person-centred relationships that promote choice, dignity, and independence.
About the role
This is a rewarding opportunity for a capable and compassionate leader to step into a key role coordinating high-quality Supported Independent Living (SIL) services across multiple houses in the Alice Springs region. - Collaborate with internal stakeholders on budget management, reporting, and operational planning
What you’ll bring

- Experience leading disability or community services and managing teams
- Strong understanding of the NDIS and relevant compliance frameworks
- Experience in rostering, planning, and budget monitoring
- Commitment to modelling and embedding active support practices to promote participant independence and engagement
- Excellent communication, problem-solving, and organisational skills
- Ability to manage competing priorities and drive service improvement
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and client management systems
You will also need to hold (or have the ability to obtain):
