About the role

We are seeking an experienced Landscaper to join our dynamic team at Elevated Landscaping. As a Landscaper, you will be responsible for interpereting plans/designs, installation, and maintenance of high-quality outdoor spaces, contributing to the overall aesthetic and functionality of our clients' properties. This is a full-time position based Melbourne inner, South east and Bayside suburbs.

Key responsibilities

Interpretation of landscape plans, setting out & establish land levels for excavation and landscape installation purposes.

Setting out and installation of various types of paving

Edging, planting, mulching, laying turf and all aspects of soft landscaping

Construction of timber & steel frame structures, pergolas & decks.

Establishing levels and the Construction of various types of fences & retaining walls.

Maintain tools and equipment in good working condition to ensure efficient and safe operations

Collaborate with the team to ensure projects are completed on time and within budget and to the highest quality

What we're looking for

Minimum 3 years of experience as a Landscaper or in a similar role, Certificate 3 in landscape construction preferred but not essential.

Strong knowledge of horticulture, landscape design, and construction techniques

Proficient in the use of power tools and various landscaping tools and equipment

Experience in the operation of Mini diggers/excavators favoured but not essential

Excellent problem-solving and critical-thinking skills to address unexpected challenges

Keen eye for detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality work

Effective communication skills to collaborate with clients and team members

Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
