Our quickly growing digital agency is looking for an experienced PPC Specialist to join the team.

FULL TIME - OFFICE BASED - IMMEDIATE START

THIS IS NOT A WORK FROM HOME ROLE

Working within a small team on the Mornington Peninsula

Office close to public transport and local shops

Possibility of hybrid home/in office position in the future for the right applicant

Must be hard working and reliable.

Must have:

Digital marketing and detailed Google Ads knowledge.

Google Ads experience, ideally managing multiple clients in an agency environment.

NDIS or Real Estate experience preferred but not essential

Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Minimum 3 years experience in a similar role

Key Responsibilities:

Google Ads Management

Plan, create, and manage Google Ads campaigns across Search, Display and Maps

Conduct keyword research and audience targeting

Optimise campaigns for performance metrics such as CTR, CPC, and conversion rates.

Highly organised and detail-oriented

Must be capable of managing multiple clients and campaigns simultaneously.

Reporting

Prepare comprehensive monthly performance reports that highlight key insights and recommendations for improvement.

Requirements:

Proven experience in Google Ads management

Proficiency in tools such as Google Analytics, Google Ads Manager, and SEO tools (e.g., SEMrush, Ahrefs, Search Console).

Understanding of digital marketing metrics and the ability to analyse data to inform strategies.

Excellent communication skills

A commitment to staying updated with trends and innovations within digital marketing

Preferred Qualifications:

Certifications in Google Ads, Facebook Blueprint, or SEO-related courses (not required but desired).

Business, Marketing or other relevant degree.
