THE ROLE
This newly created position calls for a marketer who can distil market insights and our business strategy into focused, high-impact campaigns. Success will be measured by two clear outcomes:
1. The steady flow of qualified leads progressing through the sales funnel, and
2. A visible rise in our brand’s profile among mid-market CEOs and business owners.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Campaign planning, development and execution utilising our CRM (Hubspot), direct marketing, boardroom events, podcast platform.
Create and deploy compelling content enabling sales functions to increase productivity and leverage and promote the 36-year-old ‘best kept secret’ brand
Manage and analyse campaign performance educating and guiding the team in supporting future strategies and initiatives
Collaborate with our internal stakeholders and external service providers where a wealth of experience and expertise resides to be used and built on
Database Marketing segmenting and nurturing the large database of target market prospects and clients
REPORTING TO THE GM/DIRECTOR, YOU'LL BRING;
5+ years B2B marketing experience in professional services targeting business owners/business leaders
Experience in launching thought-leadership assets (podcasts, webinars, events) that generated qualified leads.
Knowing your way around Hubspot as your CRM, marketing automation and direct-marketing platforms.
Being a storyteller—whether creating and presenting a business case for marketing initiatives or persuasive marketing content.
Understanding the buying mindset of mid-size company CEOs: sceptical of fluff, hungry for proof, short on time.
Happily juggling strategy and sleeves-rolled-up execution engaging fully with a values-driven team (Connection, Care and Play).

WHAT YOU'LL DO
Focus Area & Key Outcomes
Strategic Execution
Translate the business plan into a 12-month marketing calendar aligned to filling the sales funnel and delivering sales targets and contribute to the marketing strategy development.
Sales Enablement
Arm the sales team with pitch decks, case studies, email/phone cadences and demo scripts that shorten sales cycles.
Database Development
Segment, score and nurture our existing CEO/business owner database through multi-touch sequences—email, direct mail, warm calls, peer-round-tables and live events.
Offline Activation
Design and run C-suite breakfasts, industry-body partnerships, printed thought-leadership and premium lumpy-mail campaigns to reach leaders who spend little time online.
Podcast Promotion
Own timelines, guest outreach, production coordination and omnichannel promotion (LinkedIn, email, PR, speaking gigs) for our forthcoming podcast.
Analytics & Optimisation
Track pipeline influence and ROI via HubSpot (or similar), fine-tuning campaigns for cost-effective lead and revenue growth.
