Implementation Consultant – SaaS Insurance PlatformLocation: Sydney CBD (Hybrid, 2–3 days in office)
Employment Type: Full-time, Permanent

Salary Range

  • Junior: $80k–$100k + super
  • Mid: $100k–$120k + super
  • Senior: $120k–$140k + super

The Opportunity
We are hiring multiple Implementation Consultants to join a growing software team delivering a configurable SaaS platform to insurance clients across Australia. Roles are available at junior, mid, and senior levels.
This is a hands-on, client-facing role best suited to those from SaaS or software vendor environments, particularly with experience in scripting, SQL, or platform configuration. You will work across the full project lifecycle – from discovery and requirements through to go-live and support.

What You Will Be Doing

  • Lead or support software implementations from discovery to post-go-live
  • Conduct client workshops to gather and translate business requirements
  • Configure the platform using internal tools, scripting, and business logic
  • Model and manage structured data to support operational workflows
  • Collaborate with Delivery Managers, Product, and Engineering teams
  • Identify risks, troubleshoot issues, and maintain clear documentation

What We Are Looking For

  • Experience as an Implementation Consultant, Technical Business Analyst, or similar
  • Background in SaaS, product vendors, or enterprise platform delivery
  • Strong technical aptitude: SQL, scripting, configuration, or data modelling
  • Confident in client-facing delivery and stakeholder communication
  • Comfortable working in a hybrid model (2–3 days per week in Sydney CBD)
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience

Nice to Have

  • Experience in insurance, financial services, or policy admin systems
  • Computer Science / Developer background
  • Familiarity with workflow-driven or ERP-style platforms
  • Exposure to internal config tools or low-code environments
