Position: Permanent Part-Time, 4 days a week with regular working hours
Salary: $32-$35 per hour.

Your Role:

As a Recruitment Resourcer, you will be an integral part of our team, handling a range of tasks that ensure our operations run smoothly. Your responsibilities will include:

Client Sourcing: Identify and connect with potential clients and candidates, building strong relationships.

Administrative Tasks: From drafting confirmation letters to managing databases, your attention to detail ensures everything is in order.

Communication: Handle inbound and outbound phone calls, create job advertisements from templates, manage files, and send follow-up emails.

Customer Service Experience: You know how to make people feel valued and heard.

Process-Oriented: You follow procedures meticulously to ensure accuracy and efficiency.

Copywriting Skills: You can create engaging and informative content.

Strong Communicator: Your verbal and written communication skills are top-notch.

Tech-Savvy: Proficient in MS Office and quick to learn new software.

Detail-Oriented: Nothing escapes your notice.

Organised: You excel at managing multiple tasks and staying on top of deadlines.

Research Skills & Resourcefulness: Strong research skills and resourcefulness in finding and utilising information.
